Here's the full breakdown, from booking to return.

1. 🏠 What We Do

We make on-demand short-term office equipment rental easy, convenient, and hassle-free.

Whether you're a first-time client or a seasoned renter, renting with us is as simple as a few clicks.

We drop a ready-to-work office at your location, wherever you are in Thailand. Bangkok, the islands, up north, you name it, we deliver it.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how our process works 👇

2. 📅 Booking Your Setup

Our catalog shows live availability based on your rental dates. No guessing games.

Here's the flow:
1. Drop in your rental dates
2. Browse the gear according to your location
3. In the cart, pick your shipping based on how many big items you need (desk, chair, monitor)
4. Fill in your info
5. Hit order

Pricing is per day, with a 7-day minimum.

Rather talk to a human? WhatsApp us and we'll handle it.

3. 🛵 Shipping

Bangkok: Flat rate per large item (desk, chair, monitor). No surprises.

Everywhere else (islands, north, beyond): Shipping depends on exactly where you are. Send us your address on WhatsApp and we'll get you a number.

4. 💳 Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard via Stripe. Processing fees apply.

Prefer cash? You can pay at our logistics locations with self pickup. WhatsApp us to set it up.

One thing: The name on the card needs to match the passport of whoever is receiving the gear. Keeps everyone safe.

5. 🔒 The Deposit Situation

We don't lock your money. No deposit sitting in some account for weeks.

Instead, when you book, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge up to 150% of the equipment's retail value if anything goes sideways.

That 150% covers:
1. Replacement gear
2. Delivery costs
3. Labor
4. Downtime

Please help us take good care of the equipment, and nothing extra hits your card.

6. 🪪 Before Delivery: Quick Verification

Before we roll out, our team will message you on WhatsApp to:
1. Lock in your booking details
2. Grab a photo of your passport
3. Grab a photo of your visa
4. Grab a quick selfie
5. Coordinate a delivery time that fits your day

Why the photos? Since we skip the deposit, this keeps both sides protected and makes sure the courier hands your gear to the right person

7. 📦 Delivery Day

Unless we agreed on something different:
1. Desks and chairs arrive fully assembled, ready to use
2. Monitors come in their original box
3. Drop-off happens at your building's designated point, based on building rules

We'll coordinate with you in advance to arrive at your preferred time window during working hours. Please be ready to help us catch the courier on time. Being late for the courier may cause additional costs based on the courier company.

Heads up: Hold onto all the original packaging. Boxes, plastic, cables, screws, foam, covers, all of it. You'll need it for pickup. Lost packaging means fees, and nobody wants that.

8. ✅ Right After Delivery

Gear arrived? Do a quick once-over.

Anything broken, missing, or weird? WhatsApp us immediately and within 1 hour so we can jump on it.

The faster you tell us, the faster we fix it.

9. 💪 Taking Care of the Gear

Please treat the equipment with care and keep all original packaging and accessories in a safe place.

Please keep:

  1. Original boxes
  2. Protective foam, covers, sleeves, and packaging materials
  3. Cables, adapters, screws, and small parts

Monitor Safety:

  1. Please take extra care of the monitor screen, especially during repacking
  2. Pack the monitor tightly and securely inside its original box
  3. Do not allow loose parts, cables, screws, or accessories to touch or press against the screen

The original monitor box is mandatory for safe transportation, warranty protection, and future rentals.

Missing packaging or parts may result in additional charges.

10. 📸 Before Pickup: What We Need From You

Before pickup day, we'll WhatsApp you to coordinate.

To keep things smooth and skip any fees, here's what we need:

1. Video Check

A. Monitors:
1. Clear video of the screen running when turned on, showing no pixel issues
2. Then turn it off, showing the screen has no scratches
3. The time and date on the monitor needs to be within 10 minutes of when you send the video, and on the pickup date

B. Desks, chairs, and everything else:
1. Clear video showing the gear in good shape and working condition, no covers on

2. Packing Photos

A. Monitors:
1. Clear photos of the packing process
2. All parts packed safely in the original protective materials, in the correct order, with protective foam fitting seamlessly
3. Don't forget cables, screws, and small parts

B. Desks, chairs, and everything else:
1. Clear photos showing the gear packed with covers on

3. Leaving Gear at Reception or With Your Host

If you prefer, and if your building or host allows it, you can drop the equipment at the vehicle pickup point under CCTV. Just send us:
1. Photos and a short video showing how to get to the gear (so we can guide the courier)
2. The phone number of the person responsible to hand over the equipment to the courier
3. Any tag or reference number the staff may have given you

11. 🚚 Pickup

Pickup similar to delivery.

The courier will come to your building's designated drop or pickup spot, based on building rules.

We'll coordinate with you in advance to arrive at your preferred time window during working hours. Please be ready to help us catch the courier on time. Being late for the courier may cause additional costs based on the courier company.

12. 🎉 When You're Off the Hook

Once your equipment lands back at our storage, our QC crew inspects every piece.

If something looks off, we'll WhatsApp you.

This process usually takes 24-36 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 7 working days. Once cleared, we'll update you via WhatsApp.

13. ⏰ Need More Time? Or Less?

Want to extend? WhatsApp us early so we can make sure the gear is still available for your extra days.

Want to return early? WhatsApp us as far ahead as possible so we can line up pickup. Just a heads up, we generally don't offer refunds for early returns, since the gear was already reserved for your dates and blocked from other renters.

More notice = smoother rental.
